Terms and conditions• The commissioned work is for personal use only. The client may not claim the artwork as their own. By commissioning the Artist, the Client is purchasing the Artist’s labor only. The Artist retains all rights to the Commission, which includes but is not limited to: Distribution, reproduction, use of the Commission for Artist promotion (e.g. Profiles, Personal Space, Public Space, portfolios, artbooks etc.); or as it applies to new Terms of Service agreed upon in a "Transfer of Copyright Agreement" as defined in the Client Documents. The Client may not distribute, reproduce, or otherwise profit from the Commission, or as it applies to new Terms of Service agreed upon in a "Transfer of Copyright Agreement." The client may not edit, alter, or trace the Commission without the Artist’s expressed written permission, or as agreed upon in the Commission Agreement prior to Start of Work. Artist also retains full copyright for any preliminary designs and incidental works made in the creation of the Commission, unless otherwise agreed upon.• There are no refunds offered for pre-made designs or commissions.
• If you’re paying for a purely digital piece of artwork, the order will be confirmed by me after the piece has been delivered to you via online message.
• If payment is not received within 24 hours of accepting your request or sending an invoice, the purchase will be cancelled. (Unless I give an extension.)
• Clients/commissioners DO NOT have the right to mint/sell their commissions for NFT, or use in AI generation.
• All goods are digital so an address isn’t required. Your item will never be physically shipped.• If you change your mind on first sketch revision, the refund will be 50%. There will be no refunds after you have approved your sketch and i started working on the piece!Once you decide to commission me, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions. If you, the client, did not read the terms of services, I will not be held responsible for your own misconception.

- What kind of info should you include in your request?
I will need a sketch you've drawn and/or a detailed description of your character so that I can design them exactly how you want. Simple picture examples of what your character should have or be can help as well - race, hairstyle, pose, weapon, armour, cloths etc. A basic physical description (height and body build, hair/skin/eye colour, age, hairstyle, etc.) is a good place to start. Image references of your character are great, but Pinterest boards, HeroForge minis, and general image references are also helpful. In general, more is better. Please don't forget to include personality info!- How long will the commission take?
On average I take 2-5 days for sketches. After you approve it (and after revisions and fixes):
1 to 2 weeks on a full-body drawing.
Headshots/portraits take 2-3 days.
Very complex illustrations may take 3 weeks +
Rush slots are available and cost +50%.- What if i want to commission you with something else, like a sketch or flat colors?

After the invoice is sent and paid. I will start working on a sketch for you to approve. After that i may send you the base colours to revision and make sure everything is right! In the end you will get - A fully rendered drawing, jpeg file 1500x2000 pixels, (canvas size and type of file may vary on the customer's needs).
